Audio courses, Hotaru no Hikari 2 and Inception

I think listening to these random audio courses (novels - dating - marketing - stand ups) is going to drive me nuts one of these days. Well if it hasn't already. I'm pretty crazy already so it won't be so obvious if it does drive me nuts. Hmmm...yeah *licks the tip of her nose*

I'm listening to a marketing guru right now. Jay Abraham - Mastermind Marketing. I don't know why I'm listening to marketing audio cds! I guess I want to sell something someday? Like maybe myself? Who wants to buy me? Anyone?

Ok so I've been following Hotaru no Hikari 2 lately and it made me wonder why I liked Japanese dramas when in most cases they seem too simple compared to Hollywood-made ones. So I think it's the simplicity of the story and how it's cute that in each story they really emphasize these valuable lessons that seems to be lost in most modern shows/movies nowadays. I realized it's the reason why whenever I need a pick-me-up from life, work, and whatcheevah, I always go to my stack of Japanese dramas for relief. That kinda sounded naughty didn't it? So since I've put Hotaru no Hikari 2 in the title I guess I'm obligated to say what lesson/s I learn from watching it. It's mainly about work and how the character is simple minded and a bit dumb at times, yet it's admirable how she is passionate about her job and willing to give her 120% no matter what kind of difficult circumstances she encounters on the way. (Did I just forget to use the period somewhere in that sentence?) And if you're pretty much an old hag like me, you have probably experienced losing interest in your work even if it's something that you used to love. I did, but now I'm back and hoping it will stay!

Ok enough about that. Who has watched Inception already? I've been reading raves from those few I follow on twittah and now I'm freakin' curious if it really is that good.
